Newmarket's Home Prices have reached a new high this November. The average house price was $821,167 - this is the highest in exactly 2 years and a 17.7% increase on a year-over-year basis. Sales Volume also went up: While only 86 homes have sold in November 2018, there were 130 sales reported this month.

Aurora 6% up

Although the average home price in November in Aurora was slightly lower than in October, prices are up by 6% compared to last year's November (2018: $859,363 / 2019: $910,058). The average price for a detached home in Aurora this November was $1,060,389.

These numbers show that the market is on its way back up and that we're slowly shifting from a Buyer's Market into a Balanced Market or even a Seller's Market.

Not so much in East Gwillimbury yet where the average price in November ($790,781) was 3.3% lower than one year ago ($818,129).

More Sales throughout the Toronto Real Estate Board

A total of 7090 sales were reported on the Toronto Real Estate Board. That's a 14.2% increase compared to November 2018. The average home price throughout Toronto and the GTA was $843,637. This reflects an increase of 7.1% on a year-over-year basis.
