Vincent Bongard - Team Lead


With 10 years of being a licensed Realtor, Vincent brings mastery, proficiency or expertise to the table. Growing up in Switzerland in the heart of Europe gave him a great understanding of different cultures and the ability to speak multiple languages (English, French, German, Swiss and Italian).


Although Vincent has won several International Awards with Keller Williams, he considers his family his biggest achievement. Vincent and his wife Jamie-Lee are proud parents to three boys and a daughter. Traveling, Sports and taking the kids on adventures is what the family is passionate about.

Before moving to Canada, Vincent graduated from university in Switzerland (MA in Media and Communications) and worked in TV and different Media outlets. In 2014 he obtained his Real Estate License and gained the Broker designation in 2019.


In an often virtual world, the Aurora resident believes that Real Estate should be personal and face-to-face. He loves meeting people, understanding what their needs are and spends roughly 10-12 hours a week going door-to-door to connect with home owners in various neighbourhoods and discussing the local Real Estate Market with them.

Luke Mitchell

Growing up in Newmarket and attending schools in Newmarket and Aurora, Luke has been immersed in Real Estate his entire life, thanks to his family's long-standing involvement in the business.


Over the past decade, he has honed his expertise in marketing by owning and operating a film production company. His work has ranged from creating social media content for businesses and entertainers across Canada to shooting over 500 property listings, including cinematic videos and photography. Luke has prepared marketing materials for some of the top real estate agents in Toronto, the GTA, and Simcoe.


Additionally, Luke is building a solid real estate portfolio of his own, with plans for expansion on the horizon.

Tom Mitchell


With over 35 years of experience and 3800 homes sold, Tom has a passion for investing in Real Estate and assisting clients building wealth through Real Estate.


An avid jogger, Tom loves sports, especially football and hockey, enjoys keeping fit, attending the concerts of his favourite musicians and traveling with his family to exciting destinations.


Prior to his career in Real Estate, Tom worked in the banking industry as a bank manager with RBC. After a successful career with Re/Max, Tom and his wife Diane moved their team to Keller Williams where the company’s beliefs and values were in line with their own. Tom has 3 kids and is a proud grandfather of 4.
