Aurora Prices jump, Newmarket and EG up too - April Market Report

Our local Real Estate Market keeps improving month by month. The average home price in Aurora in April was $968,670 - that's a 13.7% increase compared to March (avg. $852,166) and the highest average since October 2017! The average price for a detached home in April was $1,110,027.

Newmarket and East Gwillimbury also saw a healthy growth last month. In Newmarket the average price for a home went up 5.8% (March: $748,940 / April: $792,317). 105 houses sold in Newmarket versus 93 in March.

East Gwillimbury prices increased by 6.6% from $772,945 in March to $824,319 in April.
